* Gave "Submitted Anna Interactive Scene 9" a minor rewrite to smooth some personality inconsistencies.
* All skill books currently in the game can be used by the MC now. At present, only the Alchemy book has content that would be affected by this as the MC has very little skill based content currently in the game.
* Fixed an issue where potions that negatively affect mental stats were throwing errors.
