Construction site: Added in an event for Tina and some random events at the site (more events if you're at least cute when working)

Ralph's house. Completed (Mostly) Ralph's house - ending event is Sissy in the middle after you seduce both of his parents.

Did a slight tweak on the makeup UX hopefully it flows a bit better and added 2 makeup choices

Small Easter eggs:
Added in 1 in the train if it's night and you're Lewd
Added in 1 with the Bimbo if you're wearing a chastity cage

Added 2 Missy cases:
Take down the carnival > This will lead to the sewers (not done)
Save Ralph. If you can't save him then you'll have a friend when you go to the cult. If you do save him then you'll get the good Ralph ending and you can continue to visit him.
