--You can gain the Sex Addict perk if you have fucked others more than 50 times. It adds 1 bonus Constitution.

--You can gain the Slut perk if you have been fucked more than 50 times. It adds 1 bonus Charisma.

--You can gain the Post-fap Clarity perk if you have masturbated more than 20 times. It adds 1 bonus Intelligence.

--You can gain the Mass Murderer perk if you have killed more than 100 humans. It adds 1 bonus Strength.
