--You can gain the Junkie perk if you use drugs and alcohol more than 50 times. It'll recover your health three times the amount of your constitution every time you use a drug or alcohol item.

--There are now two ways to upgrade your canteen, so it recovers more health and reduces thirst more.
--When you defeat the slavers in the N-085 bunker, you will find a water filter that automatically upgrades your canteen.
