You play the role of a doctor who has views of his employees and patients.
The game (story mode) is a standard VN in 3D modes, like the love death series (in general, the game is made on the engine from the second part of LD)
After a short prologue, you will have a map of the hospital in front of you, in the second room from the top-left you can "examine" the girls, in the rest, as I understand it, you can either take items if there is someone there or some kind of event can happen there. Free H-mode is available only after a certain passage of the game, so there is a 100% save. All screenshots are censored, I just made them without a censor. Lesbians and gangbang are only available in scripted 3-d scenes of the game, they are not in free-mode.
