Current State
As of right now, the end of the content is talking to Elijah about the contracts. You cannot progress past this point. The quests cannot be completed. My main focus is getting the game's mechanics working, not continuing the story. I will add a note or end screen to clarify in the next update that these quests cannot be completed and that it is the end of the current content.
