After officially adopting Tom, Mrs. Cruz took a pregnancy test, and the result was positive! The couple was overjoyed and very grateful to Tom because he was a lucky ch*ld. That's when Tom gained a ch*ldhood friend named Pauline. Even though they are not connected by blood, Tom can find happiness in having a complete family to call his own.
