Navigate to the folder %localappdata%\NTR_IDOL\Saved\SaveGames
Press "Start" -> "Run..." in Windows (Or use the Windows key + R) and enter the mentioned path.
Paste the file "AfterCompleteGameData.sav" from step 2, in the mentioned folder in step 3.
Start the game.
The gallery should now be fully unlocked, with all scenes and clothes available.
