Instead of adding more genders, humanity has focused on blurring the lines between male and female roles. Medicine has made huge strides in gender reassignment surgeries. The story follows a college professor, a trans woman, who is content with her job, respected by her colleagues and even has a boyfriend who fulfills most of her needs. Everything seems good until some unexpected twists occur.
The main focus of the game is going to be "futa on male" (trap on femboy), "futa on female" (trap on female) and "futa on futa" (trap on trap).​
