Porn Game: Sunfish City by Grankor72 version 0.0.12

Sunfish City is a Trait swap game that I'm currently making for fun. It's still very early in development but I intend to add more mechanics as time goes on.

- Tomes now tell you what trait you gained after purchasing them.

- Added a 2nd floor to the mall with several new shops. Only the music store has things you can purchase in the current version.

- Added an apartment neighbor.

I am currently aware of a minor bug where days are not properly ticking down for styled hair, the bus pass and the recently added Wi-Fi. I will fix these in the following patch.

I was originally going to make one big patch with more content but decided to split it into two patches instead.
