Bimbo Arena is a game about transforming competing characters in a small arena into bimbos. It's an transformation arena style game, inspired by Bimbo Mall Battle and various arena tf style games (e.g. Gynoid Conversion, House of Pandemonium). Currently you're able to transform your opponents with various weapons/items, seduce them to speed up their bimbo transformation when they're aroused, and win by transforming everyone else into a bimbo (or lose by becoming a bimbo and having another competitor win). There's a bunch of settings to customise the experience as well, like the number of competitors, item regeneration, new competitors spawns and some cleanup features to keep the arena from becoming too crowded.

+ In virus mode, bimbos will now often 'bash' locked doors
+ Seduction now occurs later during turn processing in virus mode
+ Added some code to clean up bimbo tf trackers on bimbos; also some debug code to try and track sources of them
+ NPCs carrying lab kits should now always unpack them, and those carrying the transmitter should do so if it isn't needed for their current task
+ Competitors should now decide to smash their way into rooms
+ Added an action to allow requesting items from other characters in virus mode. Success is guaranteed with followers, though there are some items characters aren't willing to give up (e.g. their last weapon)
+ Added tool bags for door repair. They aren't as effective as the ones in manor, but they are faster
+ Barricading doors in arena mode now requires a door brace
+ Survivors in virus mode should now flee more often
+ Defeating someone in arena mode now halves your current bimbo transformation level
+ NPCs who defeat other npcs in virus mode now level up more if their opponent was higher levelled
+ NPCs should specialise more with their stat gains now
+ Added an initiative roll minimum percent option; this allows more reliable turn orders (currently defaults to 25%, giving rolls of 25% initiative to 100% for each character; old default was 0%)
+ Added a stat gains mode option, along with an experience point mode
+ Added Christine, Jeanne, Hank and Joe image sets
+ Added two new maps - Lab and Arena
+ Added a net item. Successfully netting someone prevents their action for the turn (if they have yet to take it, though netting is an interrupt (high priority)) and prevents them from moving between rooms until they have broken free of the net
-> Competitors should conserve the net for if someone seems likely to flee (for the player, this means reasonably high bimbo tf)
+ Competitors in arena mode should now flee if their bimbo tf is high and their opponent's is not - or if they have multiple opponents
+ Competitors in arena mode now focus on single targets. When they select a target they take into account their current bimbo tf level (with a bit of randomness as well), but will stay locked on
-> They should also now chase their focused target, conditionally (they should be reasonably smart about not chasing if they're high bimbo tf, or fighting targets still in the room if someone is high bimbo tf, or chasing if no-one is but their chase target is, or not doing so if they're generally in danger themselves, etc.)
+ Fixed competitors in arena mode choosing to seduce under the wrong conditions
+ Fixed bimbos being harder to seduce than intended
+ Fixed a possible cause of characters in virus mode sometimes performing seduction on bimbos when they lack fluid sampling tools
+ Allowed ordering your character to stay put
+ Added a random map option
+ You can now use lifeform scanners to find the nearest room with a bimbo or non-bimbo present. This doesn't reveal the character; it just names the room in the log
+ Added a preferred weapon tool to the bottom left. When one is set, drag + drop will attack the target with the weapon
-> Drag + right-click will open the usual interaction menu
+ Added a charisma stat, which affects seduction/flirt/kiss/etc. chances and item/follow requests. Arousal gains are also affected, when they're directly from a character
+ Fixed an oddity that sometimes hid player actions
+ Fixed object scanners making loot less likely to be found
+ Split body and mind tf
+ Added Bimbo War mode
-> You control a bimbo side and fight other sides
-> There are victim untransformed characters around to build your numbers. War mode bimbos are infectious in the same way as virus mode bimbos, but victims are far more susceptible
-> There are actions to have all characters in a room move or join in, shown when looking at a character; also a 'move all bimbos here' shown when viewing a room
-> In a fight, charisma is rolled for each character, totalled and compared by side
--> The winning side affects others semi-randomly heavily, and losing sides affect others somewhat weakly
--> Effectiveness is weakened by partial transformation into another type
-> Characters doing other actions (including victims) can be drawn in randomly, and may lose their action
-> Other bimbo sides will try to scout new members or group up then wander looking for fights
-> You can play as a victim, but there's currently not much to do
+ Added items that change bimbos towards specific types; these should only spawn in war mode when that type is present
+ Added a charisma buffing item
+ Added song request tickets to war mode. These last for five turns and are room wide, giving a buff to the type of bimbo who activated the song and debuffs to others (or debuffing all if a victim uses the ticket)
+ Added fluid conversion crafting for bimbos in war mode
+ Added some songs for each bimbo side and for various modes
+ Added a side bimbo names option, which swaps bimbo names to one from a list for their side on tfs
+ Survivors in virus mode will now fight bimbos if they think they can win
