In town there is a problem with the guards you are going to fight.

If you leave town to do a different quest first and then return and check for the guards the guards are standing on the roof of a building and you can't finish the quest.

They need to change their system of version numbers. 1.0 should be release. 2.02.3 makes it sound like it's past finished when it's really in the VERY early stages of development.
