I have drug the incest patch into the renpy folder and it still doesn't work? im not very good with these kind of things though... I downloaded and opened the sts-v0.15.1-IC Patch-BaS-v0.2.1. what do I do from here? I already tried opening the folder and just try copying just the incest_patch and that didn't work. Do I need to actually copy the whole folder instead? Do I need to copy it and paste it or do I need to extract it into the renpy folder? Sorry for all the questions but im seriously new to this so if you find it in your heart I would much appreciate step by step instructions

Good game so far just 1 HUGE RED FLAG! There is no bathroom or bath house in the first town.
There is a demon that cums on your face in the goblin dungeon and you can't wipe it off! No one will talk to you and says "Go take a bath!" WHERE?!!! There are no tubs, the sinks don't work and even resting, hoping it will go away, doesn't work. Maybe a bath house opens up later in the game, maybe there is one in other towns but that happens at the start of the game. Do you just walk around coated in cum for the fist few months of the game, waiting to be allowed to go to another town with a bath?
Put a bath house or just a bathroom in the church to be used. You could also put cloths, wipes, rags or something else as an item to clean yourself off with.
