The game is bugged. She doesn't start out with any clothes and remains naked even when the sprite and story says she is not. Even worse Somehow you need to equip a swimsuit for an event at the start of the game but you won't be able to proceed because the character picture is set to her being naked. It won't matter if you equip the swimsuit and it shows on the game sprite so you'll be stuck in the changing room unable to do anything.
