As of today, Sept 4 2022 theres ABSOLUTELY nothing that implies incest. The mother and the son never have any sort of sexual interaction. If anything this is more of a Netorare than "mom-n-son". However one can argue it is not NTR because the mom was never intimate with her son to begin with. I wrote the day at the start of this comment because the cover for Chapter 3 was just posted and it shows the mom and son naked in the bathroom implying things might start looking up for him. Just putting this out there...unless this is a modded version of the game, there's not really any sex in it. There are some borderline-lewd scenes, but it's a porn game in the same way that Mass Effect was a porn game for having a few scenes of naked people grinding without penetration.

If you do play, make sure to grind as much as possible in the dungeons and DO NOT repeat missions on the world map. A lot of the romance flags have turn limits, so if you're not careful you won't even get a choice in who you romance.
