Accidental Woman is an interactive fiction life sim game for adults. It's built in Twine Sugarcube, and can be played on most OSes and smartphones. In the game, you take the role of a recently single and unemployed man who takes the offer of a longtime friend to move to the secluded town of Appletree. Due to an unfortunate accident, you find yourself completely transformed into a woman, and will have to deal with far more than just transitioning to small-town life!​

Condom Expansion & Rework
Condoms in the game had grown increasingly irrelevant, and this is part of an effort to correct that to return relevancy and improve function.
Mechanics for determining condom performance have been improved and expanded.
Math has been improved and various effects such as vaginal enzymes have been reworked/balanced.
Can now account for poor use, particularly deliberately-poor use, that would increase the chances of failure.
Condom reliability has been increased, making them more effective.
Condoms can now leak instead of breaking altogether.
Leaking condoms result in less semen in the vagina than a full break.
Small leaks may now be "hidden" from the player. see the hidden creampie entry below.
New systems for using condoms outside the sex systems have been implemented.
Using condoms involves several checks from NPC reactions, what condom is actually used, pulling out is actually a thing, and the results. On top of that, a lot of text variation is required so that a scene is consistent and makes sense.
Quick Sex (the primary sex route)
Players can now choose a condom as part of the choices made before starting a scene, including requesting one from the partner.
choices are remembered from encounter to encounter, subject to inventory availability
NPCs now better consider the thickness of the condom as part of the process of determining if they wear one.
NPCs can offer their own condom, or choose a different model in the PC's inventory if the initial choice is unacceptable to them.
NPC choices depend on the NPC, but prioritize the thickest/safest condom they are willing to use.
Female NPCs may insist that the player wear a condom they supply.
Male NPCs that supply a condom use a model based on their personality information, this has been expanded and improved.
Choice text has been improved.
Outcome text has been improved and expanded.
Now accounts for leaks, which may or may not be noticeable depending on size of the leak.
Based on the risk threshold choice, the NPC will not use the withdrawal method as a replacement for condom use.
This is extra useful when wanting to inseminate an NPC, as you can select a sabotaged condom to wear.
Evening Activities
Player can now select a condom to use should sex occur.
This choice is always available, as even when avoiding sex there is still a small chance it can occur.
Condom choice is remembered, assuming it is available in inventory.
Events that result in sex now account for condom choice.
Event text for the sex has been expanded, and now accounts for various choice results and outcomes.
Full mechanics for condom function and NPC choice are implemented, allowing NPCs to refuse, use their own, or select a different model.
Note: players wishing to use a diaphragm should still insert it before starting evening activities.
Random Scenes
A new macro system has been created to ease the process of adding all the required checks, choices, and text to existing and new sex scenes. As mentioned, there is a lot involved, so this makes it a lot simpler (though new text for the scenes still needs to be written).
Several scenes from various world events and jobbing have had condoms implemented, though this process is not complete.
Only scenes where condom use is relevant will be affected. Obviously a tentacle monster isn't going to wear a condom, for example.
The system now presents the player with an initial choice of whether or not they want to worry about protection.
A willpower check is involved, with difficulty decided by the scene and modified based on expected factors, such as the PC having the risky kink.
Failing the willpower check results in passing up the opportunity to use a condom.
Players can choose a condom in their inventory to use, request that the NPC provide one, or ask that the NPC pull out.
Should the NPC refuse to wear an offered condom and no other suitable ones are available, the PC will request that they pull out automatically.
Should no condom be available at all, the PC will request that the NPC pull out.
NPCs are always going to agree to pull out, but results will vary based on the NPC, scene details, and skill/random chance.
The scene proceeds through requesting a condom (or withdrawal) with unique text to match how that goes. Then it shows relevant text based on what method is used (if any), and text for the result.
Leaking condoms have their own text, and may hint at a leak or reveal it outright, or potentially not differ from the text for successful use.
Variations depend on the scene/npc and factors like load size.
As warranted leaks may result in a "hidden" creampie.
Of note, gloryhole scenes don't use this system as they were already built w/ condom use in mind. They now utilize the new condom mechanics, but not with the typical appearance of the standardized macro.

Pleasureburst Condom Adjustment
Rather than having a high chance of breaking, the pleasureburst has been altered to work differently.
Now has a good level of efficacy, being less likely to break entirely than several other options.
Has a higher chance to leak than other condoms.
PC Sabotage & Inventory Changes
"Using" a condom from the inventory now brings up a secondary menu presenting different options.
Inspect the condom, looking for damage/sabotage. You probably won't find anything unless you already sabotaged it yourself.
Scan the condom for damage/defects.
Requires the French Saboteur (below)
Turns the condom into a "scanned" version in the inventory to keep it separate.
Sabotage the condom
By carefully stabbing it with a needle while trying not to make it obvious.
Adds it as a new "sabotaged" inventory item.
Text in the inventory/menu with these options and such have been redone.
Player sabotage now works somewhat differently.
Causes an extremely high chance that the condom will leak. tiny chance you failed to puncture
Increases the chance that the condom will break, however this increase is notably less significant than previously.
More "levels" of sabotage are now possible, with effects more closely related to the actual sabotage than just an increase in numbers.
Misuse - either deliberate or accidental, things such as excessive stretching, leaving air in the tip, not using the reservoir properly, or teeth/nail pinching.
Increases the chance of breakage and leaks somewhat.
Sabotage - deliberately puncturing or cutting the condom.
Almost guarantees a leak, increases the chance of breaks.
Both - Condom has been punctured, but also stretched/weakened or otherwise deliberately misused.
strongly increases the chance of breakage, guarantees a leak.
Double - Both partners want the thing to fail, multiple punctures etc.
The thing is probably gonna break, and if it doesn't it'll leak.
Fucked by the government...
There's a very small chance that the condom you use will be deliberately defective thanks to government "inspection" regulations.
This chance has been balanced together with standard efficacy, so that a typical condom is actually more effective than expected to counteract the tiny number that are defective.
French Saboteur Change
This device is now used to scan condoms for integrity rather than being a fancy sabotage device.
"Who better to detect sabotage than a saboteur?"
Description has been changed.
Scanning a condom from the inventory will now detect if the condom has been a victim of government/corporate weakening or other such nonsense.
Defective condoms will be destroyed!
May cause slight weakening of latex
Condom Instructional Class
An event can occur where the PC can spot a young woman outside city hall.
Choosing to interact with her will give you the option to take a free condom use class.
The class can only be attended once, but refusing to attend doesn't count so you can attend in the future if desired.
The player gets a free 6-pack of condoms.
It's a sizeable event taught by a sexy young woman, with a copious number of "slide show" images.
Penises are obviously involved in the pics, so fair warning.
Class is about using your mouth to put on a condom.
The advice and instructions presented are deliberately bad, because of course.
Fun Fact: The teacher uses a special condom in her demonstrations.
I think it's a pretty interesting event, just because deliberately-bad contraception instructions to encourage pregnancy isn't something you normally see.
Birthing Bonus Changes
The money earned by giving birth has been redone in order to improve the reward for smaller pregnancies without letting hyper pregnancy rewards get out of control.
The new base payment is 100 per child birthed. (75 if working for progenerate, 20 for non-human babies). This amount can be increased depending on game difficulty.
The bonus hits diminishing returns after 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20 babies, dropping to 50, 30, 20, 10, and 5 credits per child respectively.
Examples:
Having 3 of your own babies earns you 300 credits.
Having 3 babies for Progenerate earns you 225 credits.
Having 5 babies earns 450 credits.
Having 10 babies earns you 660 credits.
Having 100 babies earns you 1220 credits.
Note that the "real" bonus for mothers in the AW world is the ongoing child rearing subsidy provided to mothers, rather than the one-time payment upon giving birth. The child rearing subsidy is heavily curtailed for the player, because their children are raised in the government creche.
Hucow Promotions
New events for being promoted to Maturing and Mature Hucow.
Maturing hucow scene on the shorter side, it's more of a perfunctory difference.
Celebration w/ cake for the Mature Hucow promotion.
Improvement of scene for being promoted to Juvenile Hucow.
Main Story Component Scene Expansion
The alternate route for acquiring the spectral lenses has been expanded into a whole new route.
The player can stop in Strap-On tools and talk to a cute cashier, who will direct you towards a different shop "Dale's Equipment".
Dale's shop has a new NPC (Dale, obv.), and presents information and options to purchase them directly.
Hints at the possibility of finding them at a farm in the valley (Area 69, Institute SCP Division facility). This should help direct players towards that option, as it seemed to be often overlooked.
Slightly more information on what they actually are.
He will sell you a sensor module containing the lenses you need for 1300 credits.
With a successful seduction check, you can blow him to get a 100 credit discount.
The discount won't change the price if you get the special service price.
Another option is available for the player to perform a special service for Dale, so that he will sell you just the lenses at a much more affordable price (300).
Requires a successful seduction and communication skill check to enable the option. (check is easier if visibly pregnant)
Dale wants to have really risky sex in a special sort of way. Performing this service will unlock the option to buy just the lenses at a good price.
A resulting pregnancy is not required! You can take steps to make pregnancy less likely.
Taking a morning after pill afterward.
Timing the encounter to be on a relatively safe day.
The player can't be visibly pregnant, even with extra wombs.
If pregnant (fundal height < 16) player must have a vaginal womb currently capable of becoming pregnant.
The player cannot be on hormonal birth control or have an IUD.
The player does not need to complete the service immediately after negotiating for it.
If the player is pregnant/doesn't have an available womb, Dale will suggest returning later.
During the service event, Dale will scan the player. Having hormonal birth control in your system, being on your period, too far from ovulation, etc. will result in losing his trust.
If this occurs, you will be blocked from performing the service as if you failed the check to negotiate for the option.
During the service event, you will have to act like he wants you too.
Wearing a diaphragm will result in a little extra fun being added to the scene.
Failing will result in him charging more for just the lenses (400/500).
A skill check to convince him will result in the 400 price.
A moderate performance skill check will be used to determine if you succeed.
Having a relevant kink/s (risky/pregnancy/breeder) will make this much easier or trivial.

Hidden Creampies
Unfortunately, this probably isn't quite as exciting as it sounds, lol.
This expansion to the standard system for insemination allows for semen to be added without alerting the player.
We could already do this in a roundabout sort of way, but this simplifies and standardizes the process.
When cum gets into the vagina and the player doesn't know it, such as a condom leaking or cock oozing some sperm but pulling out, this new variation can be used.
Automatically considers the volume of cum, a giant load is gonna leak out too much and become obvious.
Does not cause the "Semen in Vagina" status that normally tells the player about a creampie.
Liquid added to the vagina for body condition (separate from reproductive tract sperm sim) is labeled as femcum, so in the status menu you won't see cum there.
You can still figure it out if you actively look for it, such as by using a skeet scanner... or if you wind up pregnant or something. Being wetter than usual down there is also a pretty good clue.
Major Hucow expansion wrap up!
End of the workday proper texts (5000 chars)
Can see your results in a tidy way and track where your character moves in terms of behiour\milk\autonomy and other stats.
COOP Hucow mechanics were finished.
4 new bad ends, each can happen as described in the tutorial at the begining of the hucow route.
Each gives you a 20-ish hour grace period to fix the corresponding stat before your character gets a bad end.
Low Autonomy stat bad end - your character becomes too dependent on commands that she is uncontrollable by you anymore. (5000 chars).
Low Behavior and low Compliance bad end - management had enough of your character and they sell her to the other farm, a much harsher place. Uncle Dick will take care of you at the "Happy farm.llc". (16 000 chars).
Low Behavior high Comliance bad end - Abigail decides to fry your rebelous brain in a last attempt to make you a docile hucow since you are not completely lost in her opinion. Bzzzt, no more self-conciousness. Just a happy cow. (32 000 chars).
Low Herd relationship bad end - you angried the other hucows too much and now they have a plan on how to get rid of you... (15 000 chars).
Mechanics adjustements and implementations:
Your hucow IQ now limits your max autonomy as intended. Being disobedient is pretty noticeable now regarding the consequences on the character's stats after punishments.
Loosing Autonomy, IQ or Herd stats can spiral the character into loosing even more of these, ultimately leading to the one of the bad ends. But it is all about the journey, right? And I promise you there is a ton of juicy content on this route.
To have some chance to crawl back from the pit there are more options to up your hucow stats now. Look into Muffin's drugs, random events in the COOP and transformatives.
Some dialogue and event choices are now limited by your character's hucow stats.
Many little fixes and expansions here and there replacing these pesky "to be done" lines with a proper content.
New events:
First bullying random event implemented - Marigold and girls decide to abuse PC with some foods (13 000 characters).
There will be more events of this route, they begin to happen to the PC with Herd stat too low.
Many new events for the stage 2 hucow (a fully matured one). 7500 chars.
Hucow small work events were imporved with new images instead of a temporary placeholder.
Visual and UI improvements:
Three gauges on the "Career" page for the Hucow route.
Giving you a quick and easy way to check your Herd, Quota and Behavior stats.
Tons of typos and small bugs fixed with the help of Drakhen, thank you so much!
Old thing which never got into the game while being technically ready - "Scared" status can be applied to the character as a result of some scenes.
Continuation of the fire investigation and Begonia quests will be done next month. Sorry guys, were too busy with other stuff to write it properly.
